Polyethylene (PE) is an organic material like wood and vegetable fibers based on carbon and hydrogen. Labelident offers a stock of premium coated thermal transfer PE Labels for all label printers to use thermal transfer roll labels on a 3" (76 mm) core, with an outside diameter of max. 8" (200 mm). Polyethylene develops as byproduct during oil preparation, in the set up are foil products of polyethylene more pollution free than comparable items of Paper or other plastics, substantially there is less energy needed. Polyethylenes contain no softeners and are free from halogens, chlorine, sulfur, silicones and heavy metals such as cadmium, lead or other stabilizers. PE labels are used mainly as humidity-resistant dispatch labels, labels in food industry and on many sanitary items. Polyethylene is toxicological harmless and food save. The adhesive can be used in direct contact with dry, non fatty foodstuffs, according to the BgVV recommendations.
